1. Agreement

By making a booking, registering for, or attending any Generation Panic–related event, experience, talk, workshop or session (“Event”), you enter into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between:

1. The individual making the booking and all persons attending under that booking (together referred to as “you”, “your” or “Guest(s)”); and
2. Agi Heale, author of Generation Panic.

By booking on behalf of one or more Guests, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of each Guest.

These Terms apply to all Generation Panic Events and related offerings. Continued use of this website or participation in Events following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Definitions

• “Event” means any talk, workshop, discussion, book-related experience, facilitated session, digital session or live event offered under the Generation Panic brand.
• “Guest” means any individual attending an Event under a booking made by you.
• “Services” means all Events, materials, digital resources and related offerings provided under the Generation Panic brand.

3. Bookings and Payment

A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation (including email confirmation).

We reserve the right to refuse bookings for any lawful reason.

Event fees (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and must be paid in full in the stated currency by the specified deadline. In exceptional circumstances, prices may change due to factors outside reasonable control; if this occurs, you will be offered the option to cancel and receive a refund.

Gift vouchers or promotional codes must be redeemed within the stated validity period unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Unless otherwise stated for a specific Event:

• Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to an Event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations or transfer requests made within 2 working days of the Event are non-refundable, except at sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details provided at the time of booking.

5. Attendance and Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time and participate respectfully
• Follow any venue, platform or safety guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any Guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Recording, photography, reproduction or unauthorised use of Event materials is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

6. Use of Digital and AI-Supported Tools

6.1 AI-Assisted Tools

Digital and AI-enabled tools may be used to support Events or Services, including:

• Content preparation or reflection prompts
• Engagement analysis or aggregated insights
• Resource or content recommendations
• Administrative or operational support

These tools support human-led facilitation and do not replace professional judgement.

6.2 Outputs and Oversight

• Any AI-assisted outputs are informational and reflective only
• They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, psychological or commercial advice
• Human oversight is maintained at all times
• You may request clarification regarding how AI-supported insights are used

6.3 Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Outcomes depend on your participation and judgement
• Decisions made following Events or insights are your own responsibility
• No liability arises from reliance on AI-supported reflections or materials

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).

Personal data may be collected for:

• Event administration and communications
• Website, booking and participation management
• Use of digital or AI-enabled tools (with appropriate consent)

All personal data is handled in accordance with the Generation Panic Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, text, concepts, frameworks and intellectual property provided in connection with Generation Panic Events remain the property of Agi Heale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant Event
• No liability is accepted for indirect, consequential or economic loss
• Participation in Events is at your own risk

10. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, pandemics, government action, technical failures, venue closures or third-party disruptions.

11. Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any of its terms.

12. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
